Our team had an absolute blast at this month's DisruptHR Indy! We kicked off the night with a high-energy HRD RAVE, and our incredible Julia Momper crushed her talk.
We loved the ENERGY that was created in the room by all that attended!
A huge thank you to DisruptHR for the opportunity to sponsor the event.
Congratulations to Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems' 22 Production Supervisors for successfully completing the Manager Essentials program facilitated by Caryn Davis!
Over the course of 8 months, these supervisors engaged in the program and received 1:1 coaching to foster their individual growth and development. At the Graduation Celebration, they heard from Bendix Executive Leadership and Management, made commitments towards future growth, and shared their Leadership Competency Assessment Growth Highlights.
The group saw a 23% increase in their understanding of Leadership Mission, 13% increase in listening intently to each team member, and 14% increase in empowering their team through accountability conversations.
All leaders agreed that their behaviors have changed due to the development process and enjoyed having direction, learning about other personalities, and group discussions.
Congrats again to these supervisors for their growth and achievements!
Recently, HRD Facilitator/Growth Coach, Caryn Davis, was a guest speaker at the Bold Girl Generation Program, where she spoke about Imposter Syndrome and helped mentor teenage girls in Greater Birmingham, AL area high schools.
Imposter Syndrome is something that affects many people, particularly women, and it's something that we believe needs to be talked about more. That's why we're so proud to have Caryn be a part of this incredible program that is empowering young girls and helping them to define and take action against Imposter Syndrome.
Caryn had an amazing time connecting with her hometown community and inspiring leaders of the future. We couldn't be prouder of her and the work that she's doing to make a difference in the lives of these young girls.

We lead from the essence of who we are as a person and everywhere we go, there we are. You can't separate your growth as a human being from your growth as a leader.
If we prioritize our personal growth and work on becoming more self-aware, empathetic, and compassionate, we can become more effective leaders. When we lead from who we are, we show up authentically and build trust and respect with our team members.
Join Andrea's conversation with Nikki Lewallen Gregory as they discuss what you can do to start trusting in people’s potential and lift them up to make a greater impact in the workplace and the world at large.
